Wills & Estates

There are many opportunities for structuring a person's affairs and Will in such a way that any carefully compiled Estate plan operational during the client's life will continue even after he/she passes away.

Clearly each case is different and there are many variations of the types of trust that can be used. It is vital to be aware that there can be no "standard" Will incorporating a testamentary trust and each case needs to be treated entirely on its own merits.

Native Title

One of the important outcomes of the Commonwealth Native Title legislation has been to require both private and commercial interests to negotiate with Native Title claimants.
