Ronald BowerRonald William Bower

Ronald Bower graduated from the University of Western Australia in 1983 with B. Juris, LL.B. (Hons.)

He joined Corser & Corser in 1984 as a solicitor and became a partner in 1985. He is the longest-serving of the firm's practitioners.

Ronald is a commercial litigator who acts as counsel for parties in complex commercial and civil litigation in the WA Supreme Court, the Federal Court of Australia and other jurisdictions. His Federal Court practice includes representation of parties to native title claims.

He is a member of the Law Society of WA's education committee, the convenor of its commercial litigation subcommittee and the editor of the Law Society's official monthly publication, Brief.

Ronald's other interests include involvement in, and the provision of voluntary legal services to several community service organisations.





Chau SavasChau Savas

Chau Savas is a solicitor who joined Corser & Corser as an articled clerk in 2004.

She graduated from the University of Notre Dame with a Bachelor of Law and a Bachelor of Commerce.

Chau was admitted as a solicitor on February 3rd, 2005 and practices in commercial litigation, property law, commercial law, corporations law including insolvency and bankruptcy, mining law and native title law.

  • Chau speaks Vietnamese and welcomes clients of the Vietnamese community.

Chau works on various litigation matters including:

  • Magistrates Court actions;
  • Supreme and District Court actions
  • Mining applications in the Wardens Court;
  • building disputes in the Building Disputes Tribunal; and
  • complex native title claims in the Federal Court.

Many of Chau’s clients are corporate clients requiring legal assistance with applications to wind up companies or applications for personal bankruptcy.

Chau also carries out commercial and residential property settlements for the firm. In addition, she acts on transactions for the sale of businesses, leases and share sale agreements, and making applications for the transfer of liquor licenses.

Chau enjoys cooking, fishing and occasionally finds time to play piano.





Hugh ReynoldsonHugh Reynoldson

Hugh Reynoldson is an articled clerk who joined Corser & Corser in 2007, after graduating from the University of Western Australia with a Bachelor of Laws (LLB.)

Hugh has an interest in a range of areas of legal practice, including intellectual property and commercial litigation.

His other interests include guitar and basketball.
