Corser & Corser had has its origins in the 1920s, when Cecil Corser and Fred Curran commenced practice as barristers and solicitors in partnership in Forrest Place, Perth, and the firm has been in continuous operation, thereafter.
After the second World War the firm’s name became Corser & Corser when Frank Corser joined his father, Cecil, in the firm. In time, Frank Corser became the sole principal of the firm. Frank embarked on a process of gradual expansion, so that by the 1970s the practice was conducted by a sizable group of lawyers under his leadership.
In the early 1980s Frank Corser retired and the firm continued to be operated under the Corser & Corser name. Today, the firm of Corser & Corser Lawyers has been well-known by that name in Western Australia for over 60 years.
